Addressing Housing Instability with Hope and Support
The Jump Start Navigator program in Hammond is designed to directly confront the housing and homelessness crisis, funded by the American Rescue Plan (ARP) and HUD. Our mission is to help individuals and families—especially those experiencing homelessness or fleeing domestic violence—find safety, stability, and a path forward.
By providing immediate assistance and long-term support, Jump Start empowers vulnerable households to overcome barriers, rebuild stability, and move toward self-sufficiency.
Our Services Include:
